Certificates are just paper- really.

 

A certificate is just a piece of paper - the real education comes by characteristics. We’re educated in the profession or job we’re in service. Whether it's a certificate have or not.

The certificate is your primary pathway of select - that's all.

In fact, certificates cannot place you in a position of respect or bring you respect.

    But true honor or education is revealed in your character and behaviors.

    There are many certified people in the world who have not been able to get run the certification—it has become a paper for them.

    On the other hand, there are many people in the world who don’t have a certificate but are sitting at the highest level or at the level of honor.

    Certificates can only help you hold in line, but you have to advance yourself either by your work or by your character.

    So the certificate is just a piece of paper - the real education is in character and behavior.
